Run more than one copy of each card.

 

^^^This. You've got some decent cards, but you can run more than 1 copy of your best cards unless they're Limited or Semi-Limited. Having multiple copies of certain cards and a low deck count (40 preferabbly) can increase the chance you'll draw what you need when you need need it. It also increases the deck's consistency.

What you need to do is get more copies of the Spellcaster's Command deck if you want to improve this at all.

You need more than one copy of each card so that you have a much better chance to draw the card. Think about it, you have a 1/40 chance to draw a card at one, but if the card is at 3, then you have a ~1/13 chance to draw it.

 

Especially for major cards in your deck, you should run more than one copy, unless the banlist says otherwise. Such as cards like Swords of Revealing Light, and Mystical Space Typhoon; both of those are limited.

 

Take a look at some of the other Spellcaster decks on the forum to get an idea of what cards should be at what number in your deck.

This deck is ironic with the title. Try these changes I'm keeping it simple seeing as you can't get a hold of Arcanite. As nice an idea the power stone seems the fact remains that it's slow that's a reason not to use it.

I made a few more changes. Cylinder should not be anywhere except a Burn Deck. And the previous deck had no tuners so he couldn't summon Tempest. Night's End should help with that. Also added an ideal extra deck.
