Plot:About 15 years after Monkey D.Luffy became King of the pirates his crew split up,he was caught and executed.He like the pirate king before offered all of his treasure to the pirate who was brave enough to seek it,but at that point the world government had a tight hold on the entire globe.Not many pirates would get away and as a result the wordl fell into "peace"everyone did what the government told them to do and didn't question it,but then a man by the name of Alphaunse V.Lion Destroyed a marine ship,crew and all.Then he began moving around the seas,bringing death to any marine ship who opposed him,many old pirates didnt aprove of his way of doing things and took up the skull and crossbones to shangai their way,old pirates and new now sail the seas once again some looking for Luffys great treasure,some trying to "stick it to the man" and some still trying to rule the world.

Clothing: A long, wide duster;the cloth itself is very poor, ragged and faded from many years of use,riddled with moth holes and even stitched together in some places.Underneath that is a rather light weight suit,mainly made of cloth but has a chest plate,and shoulders of steal it is then to allow free movement,it is dark brown almost black.He has a large circular hat,made of straw he uses to shield his eyes from dust,wind,ect

 

Personality:He is lax but Acts without thinking sometimes,he prefers to spend his day looking at clouds or sleeping,but is always up for a fight,He doesn't think too much of people like luffy who act without thinking first but respects the mas people who are more likely to win a fist fight.He has a strong need to protect the few he calls friend,and has a strong sense of his brand of justice

 

Ship (If any):He has a small floater boat but nothing huge,to go long distances he'll stowaway on others ships or "persuade" a freighter to allow him on.He may sometimes steal a ship.He ties his floater to the ship he chooses to ride on as to keep it with him.

 

Weapons: Dove,a pistol made by him,it has a clip of 12 yet the outward appearance of the standard flintlock pistol but is square[not an exact square but you understand my point right?],it is light blue with white mechanisms,it is small,no bigger than a fist and fits well into his left hand and Havok, a dark red revolver with a similar clip, a family gun used to kill animals and people indiscriminately,it is much larger.the barrel is as long as half a forearm,it fits snugly in his right hand.

 

History:As a small child he grew up amongst the scum and villainy of the world coming and going,he chose to avenge the great man once he found a crew worthy enough to avenge the man.

 

Later in life his father killed his mother in a drunken rage with Havok,he then turned on Shep and almost killed him too shep's unique red eye,which sees things in slow motion allowed him to dodge the bullet,he was able to dance around his fathers attacks and take the gun,he then killed his father in a flurry of bullets.

 

Some days later people finally people realized something wrong and found the dead parents,police believed it to be a murder,suicide and left it at that,taking shep into public care

 

He spent many years in an orphanage where he learned about the world,not via books via the other children,and how people acted and treated them and after all the kids he grew up with were adopted and replaced he became "captain" of the next group,he soon had "crew" ready to follow his every command,and when the instructors tried to punish his crew he made sure it was him who took the pain.Eventually he had come of age and no longer needed the orphanage,the instructors were over joyed to see him go,the exact opposite was true for his crew,he gave them a warm hearted promise to meet them again and after retrieving a list of names from the orphanages files he said his goodbyes to the children giving them a little something to remember him by,a toy pistol,each unique to the child he gave it to

 

After a few years he stowed away on a ship going back to Lougetown,he was caught and made to work on it,the captain was stern and hard,but soon found a warm place for Shep and counted him on the crew list,he was paid a small sum of beli upon arrival and given the captains pistol,a thing he held dear to him.it was old and broken but unique in it's square shape.After he spent some time with the captain in lougetown with his wife and young children,he would buy the groceries and take the kids to school.He found out more about the captains past as a famous pirate and enjoyed his tails of venture,he spent his time their as long as he was welcome.then the storys stopped,leaving the odesy unfinished as the captain had died.He was a rich man,and the wife knew she would inherit it all,she was a beautiful young woman and expected shep to understand her love for him,he did not.He left and went to his business on lougetown. He broke into his old house and opened the safe and removed Havok,he returned to the mansion of the woman and feigned interest in her,he shot her when she had begun stripping.leaving her dead on the bedroom floor.He realized he had doomed her children to a fate similar to his and killed them too,he buried the children with their father and burned the wife.He was caught and charged for murdering the entire family and stealing his own possessions,he was to executed later the next day with several pirates.They escorted him to his cell after trying to beat him,his eye allowing him to dodge each blow despite his bound hands.they starved him as a result.He met the pirate he's was going to be executed with in there,he naturally became apart of an escape plan,but He refused to help unless they would free everyone,after convincing them the others would make for a great distraction they agreed.Late that night Shep was able to slip some pistols off the passing guards and use them with the broken parts from the pistol the captain had given him to make "dove"He stole the keys to the neighboring cell and tossed it to them,they unlocked their cell and attacked the passing guard to take his keys to shep's cell,he freed himself,but it turned out some one had told the guards about the scheme,only him and the pirate he got to know well,his name was Roger V

Monster A.k.a Monster,he had been framed by his crew when they testified against him,they denied all parts in his activities,it wasn't hard for a jury to believe that he could do his crime all by himself.He promised they'd go back before the execution and they escaped. Soon when they reached the out side,monsters cuffs were still on and he wanted them removed,shep shot them off and Monster Smiled he held out his hands and incoming horde of officers were burned to a crisp,he said they could go back now,this was the first time shep had seen a devil fruit,he followed as Monster freed everyone,he seemed to do it all,fire,smoke,lightning,ice and sand he single handedly freed that entire prison,shep stood in awe watching his work after everyone was free the duo left,Shep brought Monster back to his home so to pick up Havok,when he did Monster was waiting across the street,they went together to a Marine ship that had been in the harbor,it had been taken over by the escaped prisoners the marines were tied up and strapped to the mast when they boarded they set sail

 

A few years of sailing with monster and the convicts made shep into a good friend,he liked them all,they were against the world government and the W.G alone,but soon monster fell ill and soon died,everyone looked to shep,the first mate to take the mantle and he took it,but he was no military stratigist,more often than not he got kicked around.And one day his ship was captured,he crew was slaughtered by a single ruthless marine operative,a cp9 operative to be exact.Shep killed the man by forcing him off his boat into the water,the man having consumed a devil fruit sank like an anchor,shep mourned the loss of every man and sailed to a quiet place in a dingy,when he landed he cast the dingy out to sea hoping to live his life free of pirates forever,but having landed on an island the legendary pirate shanks frequented it was hard,eventually he decided to move to Alabasta it's there he works out of a small pub

 

 

Attacks

Dove Attacks

Heart ache:He shoots rapidly at your heart

Sweet justice:He takes a stance that allows full 360 vision and fires at anybody who comes into his range

Serenade:Similar to sweet justice he takes a stance and shoots at anyone close,but he moves around when in immediate danger,spreading his radius of fire and dodging the attack simultaneously

 

Havok attacks

Grimm Revolver:He gets up close and slams Havok into his opponents neck

Redemption:after firing three shots at his opponent he spins around slamming the side of Havok into them,then smashing the barrel in their face

Retribution:Redemption,except he fires three more times as the barrel collides with the face

 

Other Attacks

standard pistol theatrics,he tries to make the dove attack elegant and graceful,being weary of passersby,the reverse is for havok,he focuses on devastating attacks with blatant disregard for anyone who may be injured by mistake.

 

Power Ups

Sea stone bullets:self explanatory

Eye of fate:his red eye,when he closes or blocks his blue eye,sees everything in slow-motion,it does not change their speed,he just sees it in slow-mo.so if he does this and doges a bullet,someone behind him would get hit because the bullets are still moving the same speed they were
