Kamigo Posted April 21, 2010 Report Share Posted April 21, 2010 Eff: This card cannot be Special Summoned. When an Effect Monster's effect is activated, you must Tribute this card. Negate that effect's activation, and destroy the monster. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, inflict damage to your opponent equal to that monster's ATK.
