Okay sorry for the delay here is my Card:

Lore:You can only Normal Summon this Card while you control a DARK Monster. When this card is Summoned, you can send 1 Level 4 or lower DARK Monster from your Deck to your Graveyard. Once per turn, while you control a DARK Monster, you can send 1 Monster card from your hand to your Graveyard to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower DARK Monster from your Graveyard to your side of the field. During your End Phase, send cards from the top of your Deck to your Graveyard equal to the number of Level 4 DARK Monsters in your Graveyard.

Now, I haven't made a card in a LONG time. So please excuse OCG errors and such. Made the background myself.

-Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower monster from your hand. Send 1 Level 2 or lower monster from your field to the Graveyard. Select 1 Level 2 or lower monster from your Graveyard and place it at the bottom of your Deck. Add 1 Level 2 or lower monster from your Deck to your hand.

-Set 1 Spell or Trap card from your hand. Send 1 Spell or Trap card from your field to your Graveyard. Select 1 Spell or Trap card in your Graveyard and place it at the bottom of your Deck. Select 1 Spell or Trap card from your Deck and add it to your hand.

 

 

I know it's a long effect, and it doesn't seem very useful, but this is going to be part of a set, one which mainly focuses on Level 1-2 monsters with effects concerning movement from hand/field/Deck/Graveyard.

Alright, let's get this party started! Judged fairly by looking at the card's individually. I'm sort of a harsh rater.

56/60 - It's original in a sense. I can't say it's all that useful though. Maybe a LITTLE Underpowered for a Level 9. Nice work though

24/25 - Pretty good OCG. This part: "you can pay 200 Life Points to Tribute 1 monster you control and destroy..."

should be: "by paying 200 Life Points and Tributing 1 monster you control, destroy..."

Since it's a very minor error and could also be viewed as being correct, I'll only subtract 1 point.

9/10 - Picture isn't all that clear

5/5 - Get 5 points for colorful border

50/60 - Original, but very Over powered. First of all, it sends 1 DARK monster from your deck when it's summoned, which is fine but then you can Special Summon it or any other lvl4 DARK monster. And the last effect tipped the scale. Milling is always a good thing in DARK decks. You can have 10 DARK monsters and mill alot more. Sorry but it's just too oped.

20/25 - Card = card, DARK Monster = DARK monster (error found 5 times) Monster card = monster

This: "Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower DARK Monster from your Graveyard to your side of the field."

Should be: "Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower DARK monster from your Graveyard."

9/10 - The name is good, but the picture looks a bit blurred and weird.

0/5 - Did not add any optional beauty.

57/60 - Pretty good and original. It sort of leans to the UP side for its last effect (discard). And letting your opponent decide to draw 2 cards is also pretty UnderPowered. Nevertheless, its has some nice effects to sort of balance it out. Very Good.

24/25 - I'm sorry but I'm gonna have to mark you down 1 for this part: "your opponent can either draw or discard 1 card". Didn't get how that works. I think your opponent chooses but... why would he choose to discard?

9/10 - The image is great but the name is somewhat bland.

5/5 - Get 5 points for colorful border AND holo image! Nice job! Really took your time didn't you?

55/60 - Alright, I'm going to be honest; most original card so far. GREAT concept. But... it's Over Powered. First of all, it gets a free Special Summon by just activating a card. And of course, summoning 3 Level 1 Fiend-Type monsters can be abused and is broken.

24/25 - Negates = Negate. Bet you're just ripping your hair out over that.

9/10 - White background = boring. Nice name.

5/5 - Get 5 points for colorful border. Also I see a hint of holo image!

Overall: 93/10

45/60 - Balanced and good, but to tell you the truth, I was kind of disappointed. It's not that original. Sorry, it's an originallity contest after all xD. Don't kill me D:

23/25 - battle position = Battle Position, "on your opponent's side of the field" = your opponent controls

9/10 - Fantastic Pic, great editing. The name is sort of bland though.

5/5 - Seriously, beautiful job. Best of all cards here.

54/60 - Hmm... read it twice and I think I understand it. Very original! Since I've never heard of the Archetype, can't rate about the first part. But I know that summoning yourself from Graveyard is always OverPowered. Not to mention you can add 1 Spell and Trap Card from your Deck to your hand every turn. Sorry, but it's OP. Very abusable.

24/25 - from your field to = you control

9/10 - Although holo kinda makes it hard to see, I can't rate you down for that xD. Name isn't really that creative.

5/5 - Not very well done (compared to my last rate) but you still get points for holo.

Overall: 92/100
