Precisely. I know it's not enough to warrant a limit, hence why, I did a semi-limit. It's not actually overpowered or anything, having two on the field could lead to a dramatic strategy in itself.

 

The card in itself is fine. The only thing I forgot to add after the end is:

 

"When this card is destroyed, destroy all Field Spell Cards you control."

 

Because you wouldn't want to have some Field Spells Card in your Spell & Trap Card Zones, since both players would not know whether or not the effects are still active or just negated. It hasn't been created in YGO yet. But that's just a small flaw. Players can just agree on assuming that they're still active, or not.

The cards should be destroyed immediately after removing your Field Spell I think, because their proper place is not the Spell and Trap Card Zone. I think it's pretty obvious.....

Field Barrier would simply just be a Exploring Beyond the Reaches replacement past the two-card limit I gave it. You would only need one Field Barrier, as if you had anymore, it'd just be wasting up your space.

is this spam or what? Seriously.

 

Anyway, to the card. I think the effect could be abused (Wet lands x3 etc.) but still, very good with any deck that relies on field spell, like water decks. Though it will likely be a dead draw in most decks.
