RedRaptor10
You don't need quotation marks around the counter name. and for max counters, just say (max. 1) "When this card is Normal Summoned, you can place 1 Seal Counter on 1 card on your opponent's side of the field (max. 1). As long as this card remains face-up on the field, a monster with a Seal Counter on it cannot select this card as an attack target." ^^ I think the OCG is right, or somewhat close. Do you want it to be on any card or just monsters? Because the OCG can be changed to look nicer if it's just monsters. And since you can only place a seal counter when it's summoned, wouldn't that be the same as "Select 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, the selected monster cannot select this card as an attack target." 3/5 (which is good) :)

Morgan LeFlay
When this card is Normal Summoned, you can place 1 Seal Counter on 1 card your opponent controls. (A card can only have 1 Seal Counter on it at a time.) As long as this card remains face-up on the field, monsters with a Seal Counter on them cannot select this card as an attack target. It's also pointless to be able to put a seal counter on a spell or trap, so it's up to you. If you want to change it then When this card is Normal Summoned, you can place 1 Seal Counter on 1 monster your opponent controls. (A card can only have 1 Seal Counter on it at a time.) As long as this card remains face-up on the field, monsters with a Seal Counter on them cannot select this card as an attack target.
