I personally don't like the card. Completely useless, IMO.

Worthless because you get rid of your Tuner, so the downgrading is pointless and useless

No no no, you can downgrade say, a level 7 monster by 3 levels, then you can summon it without tributes, thats what I made the card for. So you can summon monsters required for tributes, without the tribute.

You do know there is already a card called "Level Down" but its actualy "Level Down!?" for Level monsters. But you should consider a Name Change. And i see what your saying. There is cards that stall Synchros and makes them so they cant be summoned so thee useless. And what if you already used all your Sychros. You'll have a bunchf useless tuners. I like the idea though the picture (Already Said) Sucks. so overall 7/10 (I Excluded my pic part of the rate)
