Shaco
I disagree with the both of them. I can see uses for all of the cards, the latter two being the most useful. Being able to use your opponent's monsters as Synchro fodder is an extremely powerful effect, because of the range of the levels of Synchro monsters, as long as you have a tuner on hand, I can't see a time where this card wouldn't be extremely helpful. Phantom has the obvious benefit of being able to Synchro summon a monster by offering itself and a monster of a level equal to the Synchro monster's.My original thought was for Quickdraw to be able to summon Junk Warrior, but they're both tuners, so that kind of blows that out of the water, but it still has plenty of uses (Many more, I'm sure, then I'd be able to think of this late)
LourDeath
so... "Could you use a Level 0 in Synchro Summon"?
Black★Star
well think of it like this, skull phantom + level 8 monster= Stardust dragon
Shaco
so... "Could you use a Level 0 in Synchro Summon"? Yes, you only have to (usually) offer (1 or more) monsters whose levels EQUAL the level of the Synchro monster. If you offer Phantom and a level 6 monster, that would equal 6, and you could Synchro Summon a level 6 Synchro monster. EDIT: Started writing the post before you posted, Shan

LourDeath
that was one clever move...see i have made a card which decreases the level of all monsters in the Extra Deck by 1...so how about that??? can you use 2 Level 0??(i mean if your card and mine is official)
