•.Monster: increase the ATK of this card equal to the ATK of the sent monster divided by 4(permanently).

•.Spell or Trap: This card is not affected by the effect's of Spell and Trap cards until the End Phase of your next opponent turns.

I believe that there's an OCG error:

I just looked at Neo Spacian Glow moss and Evil Hero Dark Gaia.

 

Maybe they were outdated

nice card, good effects and i lie the whole combining a desiny hero with e hero to mae e hero, yea but apart frm the ocg its good. 8.5/10 =)
