This is one of the most beautiful cards I have ever seen it suits well with the image although I'm not a huge fan of the text font for the name.

 

There are some OCG errors which I'll fix for you

I'd rate 8.9/10 because I'm not too sure on what you are going to end up doing with the Spell and Monster card after it is revealed whether it is sent to the Graveyard or returned to the Deck.

I really like it! It's pretty balanced since the card is revealed, but maybe make one of the effects slightly negative because there's no risk or condition involved. People still play Snipe Hunter even though there's a chance they might discard their entire hand. :P

Not bad. Pretty bland ATK/DEF. Like how you can use its effect whenever its Summoned, including SS'ing (I know not on flip summoning...durrr).

 

Question: Does the card return right to the top of the Deck, or does it get shuffled?

 

Anyways, no offense, but the editing seems a little "colourful" for Yugimonz if you feel me.

 

Pretty Generic Effects earn you a comfortable 8.5/10! (:

@Canadian: the card returns to the top without being shuffled. About the colours, I know it's a bit too colorful. Probably I should change the MSE template with something more "unostentatious". Thank you, too! =P

I have to admit, I find this effect curious. Depending on the situation, it can be pretty useful. Somehow it feels like a non-Flip Effect version of Flip Effect monsters, which is an interesting case. I can give 7.5/10 to this one.
