OCG it's fine IMO, effect it's like "huh?" Hope you make me know how could this be playable I guess there should be something ^^ golden rare it's okay but the lines around the picture and the effect box looks weird. Where did I seen this picture? D:

I like it a lott, although I shoud make it with higher ATK and DEF, because their is a lott smaller chance that it gets removed from play, I should say 1000 ATK and DEF

Interesting tech. MMs are unplayable due to consistency though, so will remain that way, but some fun Bazoo monarchs or something could arise from this. Nice card.

I'm tempted to say "Obvious flaw is obvious" but I'd hate to feed that horrible horrible trend.

 

Well, I guess you could use either of the Banishers, but Macro or Dimensional Fissure are the main two cards one would normally use, so I'd say this card has a pretty obvious flaw.

 

Maybe you could make the Spell and Trap condition less restrictive.

Like no set S/T cards, or 1 or less S/T cards, or something along those lines.

 

That would make this card a lot more playable.

Like the fact good RFG-based Monarchs don't run Macro? They probably run Fissure, which they can drop, and prefer to just use Banisher of Radiance. Unfortunately, that leaves them with 2 options. The M-Cosmos/Fissure version which gets ruined because s/t removal is rampant and it's inconsistent, or just Radiance which can't get drawn/survive enough. A fix to the Radiance problem is the best way to fix Macro-Monarchs, by giving it a searcher.

 

This doesn't work at all with those old (mediocre/bad) Macro-Monarchs, and instead works with a new engine which, like I said, could run things like Bazzo and Soul Removal, or whatever it's called. That might just seem like Scout Plane, but this doesn't throw them out on the opponent's turn to get run over, which is much nicer.
