That card is very open for abuse. It's not a bad card, but it would not live a long life off of the limited or banned list. Especially with all the removed from play madness out there.

any good duelist good abuse a card effect if he just know how to use it ^.^

Good support for those remove from play decks.

 

But it's a bit too strong though. Shouldn't make it that easy to just fetch a card each turn. Try to balance it out a bit.

OCG fix:

You can add 1 of your removed from play cards to your hand instead of conducting a normal draw during your Draw Phase.

 

Anyway, it's very op. Can be abused, and is broken. Suggest you add a cost.

Other then that, great card. Supports D.D. decks and Chaos Decks.
