Beast of the Pharaoh is the whole reason Debris mixes with Zombies.

 

I think the best play you make with Debris Zombies other than OTK with Debris + BotP is Debris+BotP, Nuke with Black Rose, Special Summon Reaper, drop a card from their hand.
