IC: On the 20 minute flight, they found no stragglers, so they continued to base. When they got back, he picked up Leo, and carried him a few hundred meters to the clinic. "Nothing fatal, but treat him." he said, as he sat him down on the bed. "Also, do we have a severe trauma specialist here? Because if we don't, we're funked. Badly." The doctor told him there was one in another base, around 30 miles away. "Get him here, quickly. Blizzard won't survive another chopper trip that hole in his head." The docotr turned pale, and hurried to a phone, leaving her assistant with Leo.

[Sorrow.]

Red looked angrily at Leo, " Viper and I have been working with Blizzard for 6 years, I admire Blizzard just the same as Viper." Red caught up went with Viper, " I know you and Blizzard are the best of friends but why didn't you just punch him across the face you didn't have to shoot him, I haven't seen you this cold since we lost him." Red was referring to Cpt. Hale who saved both of them back when they were Pvt., he had the same fate of Blizzard but he died right on the spot.

"Prypiat." He only said the one word to Red. He knew he would understand. "The entire situation has reminded me too much of it. Hale too. I don't want it to happen again." He sighed. "I'm sorry." He sat down on the bench outside the clinic. "Red!" He shouted before he was out of earshot. He threw him something. "I'm promoting you to tempoarray Co-captain."

OoC: Not if you hit me on the side, then it would go through my cranium and out the other end. people have survived that before

 

IC: Leo woke up with a start. He looked around, and saw all kinds of mediacl equipment, and a docter looking over him. He sat up. "Ugh, what happened?" He asked the docter. "You have been shot in the leg and the chest, and you have been operated. But you must stay in bed, you must rest." The docter replied. Then Leo asked "Can you do me a favor? Could you please call in Viper and Red?"

OoC: Fair point. Also, since the doctor is an NPC, I'll be controlling him for now, since I'm leading the RP for now.

 

IC: "They're out at the moment, they should return in about 2 hours. But I'll send them a message to see you when they return."

 

Meanwhile, Red and Viper were speeding towards Fire Base Dragon, to pick up the severe trauma doctor. Even though they were literally standing on the throttle, the jeep never once exceeded 40 MPH, due to the rugged terrain. It was driving Kaij crazy. "Can't this pice of junk go any faster!?" He shouted as he slammed his fists onto the dashboard. Then he noticed 3 plumes of dust coming from the desert. "I hope they don't see us..." he muttered, but cocked his Intervention, just in case.

Red took out his .44 Magnum just in case there was something ahead. He was on the wheel but he could still shoot with his left hand, Red is an expert on driving. Red looked in the side mirror of the window he saw a strange light, then he heard another engine running, " F*ck hostiles behind us Viper get on the SAW or use your Intervention to snipe them out, your choice." Red looked on the side view mirror again. " Viper I see, 5 Hostiles in the back of the truck 1 passenger and oh sh*t 2 of them have RPGS!"

Kaij spun round, hitting the rocket, and it exploded. "Not anymore they don't." He looked towards where the other smoke plumes were coming from. Looks like the others turned around too.

[Sorrow.]

After an Hour they finally reach the base, only to find it being under attack. " Viper dismount the SAW your gonna need it." Red grabbed the SAW that was in the back seat. Red got out of the Humvee and hid behind a Rock. " On your command Viper," Red said to Viper. 7 Hostiles on the left, 7 hostiles on the right. Red heard footsteps nearby and he turned around and saw a hostile with his gun pointed at Red, Red tripped him, and disarmed him, then Red took out his knife and attempted to knife his face. The hostile punched Red in the face making the knife go in a different direction. Red reached for the knife as the hostile reached for his AK47. Red threw the knife just before the hostile could put his finger on the trigger.

OoC: Even if this a CoD RP, there is also allowed to be peaceful times. =P

 

IC: A Ranger from the bade came running to them. "There are around 20 hostiles in the immediate area, nothing we can't handle, but thanks for the help-" as he turned around, he took a shot to the face, and fell down next to Kaij. Kaij closed his eyes, and tried desperatly not to flashback. He flashed a group of hostiles coming towards him, and tossed an M2 Frag into them while they were blinded. It took out all 4.

Fatal just sat back and relaxed. He had seen everything, and wasn't all too interested in the involvement of military shenanigans. Fatal watched as Kaji smoked 4 hostiles with a cooked frag. He chuckled and thought broadly, losing focus. There went that image of home... He sighed and went back to the viewing field. He checked his iron sights, and stopped a Launcher Hostile from pulling his shot, knocking him into the barrels behind him. "This should be fun."

OoC: Dude, how the hell did you get there? It was only me and Red on the truck o.O I'll opt to ignore you for the time being.

 

IC: It only took Kaij and Red 10 minutes to get the base under control. That was why they were in the 626. They asked the receptionist for directions. As they turned into the corridor that she had pointed out, Kaij noticed a flash being him. A millisecond later, the light just above him splintered. But before the receptionist could fire anymore shots, she had a bullet through her skull, put there by a Desert Eagle. "Female Ultranationalists. That's new." He muttered.

[Sorrow.]

Red looked at the woman hostile, " Whats next? Suicide Bomb Children? This war is jus' like World War II, but now the Russians are the bad guys." Red and Viper finally got to the hospital, He looked around seeing multiple people, " Where is the trauma doctor its important that we get him to Base F.I.R.E." A man with a white doctor coat came up to both Red and Viper.

" I'm the trauma doctor, what do ya need?"

" We've got our Captain with a bullet wound to the head but he's still breathing."

" How long since this happened."

" About an hour ago."

" Good we can still reach him."

Red, the Trauma Doctor Sheldon, and Viper ran to the Jeep. " Doctor ever handled a gun?" Red asked. The doctor nodded, Red gave him his SAW. Red got in the car, " Doctor go with Viper in the backseat mount the SAW and start firing.

OOC: Of course you didn't know i was there, i hadn't posted :P but whatever, im just kinda there till we get moving a little further.

 

IC: Fatal watched as the doctor set up the SAW, assuming he had less prior experience than suggested. Fatal was entertained. Occasionally he would sneak a shot in here or there but otherwise he was just useless. However, Red owed him that much, he saved his arce from the Launcher Hostile earlier. "Doctor, if you turn the safety off, the gun will fire." Fatal wondered what was going through his head.

Seeing that Sheldon has trouble setting it up, Kaij bent over from the passenger seat, and set it up for him. 30 seconds later, it was ready. "Do not fire unless fired upon. We cannot risk friendly fire." He looked around. "That applies to everybody." He squinted into the horizon. "But it doesn't look like we'll have any trouble, I can see Base F.I.R.E from here." He gave Red a friendly punch. "Step on the gas!"

 

OoC: And no, the base will be peaceful when we get there xD

Red stepped on the gas but of course the road was bumpy. " This thing isn't going as fast as it should god dammit, he looked at the Fuel Tank. " Almost Empty. Red started flooring then they got to the base just in time. Red told Dr. Sheldon the coordinates and then the doctor ran off. Then Viper and Red started talking while on their way to the Mission Room, " Viper, did you hear about Sam he finally got promoted to Lieutenant after all these years?"

OoC:You are? Well, let's just imagine that you magically got out of there alive and are now back in base.

 

IC: "Who's Sam?" Kaij had never been good at names. "But good for him I guess, whoever he is." He seemed to be listening, but his expression said that he was drifting in and out. "You think Blizzards gonna make it? I mean, sure he's a tough guy, and will do anything to survive, but it was a pretty serious wound..."

"Oh, ok." Leo sighed. He really wanted to apologize to Red and Viper, especially Viper, about how he had acted. He looked at the docter for a second, as if waiting for a reply. And so he laid down on his bed, and before he knew it he was drowzing off to sleep.....

 

OoC: Well, anybody gonna return?

[JG.]

As Red and Kaij were talking about Blizzard, a fellow soldier came running to them. "Sirs, Leo wants to see you. He's in the medical ward." as he turned around, he stopped, them turned to Kaij. "Is it it true that you were the one who shot him?"

 

Kaij shot him a glare. "Yes, but it was nothing serious." 3 minutes later, they were both in the corridor lading the the medical department. As Kaij broke the lock to Leo's door, being the impatient type, the guard on duty misundertsood it and tackled Kaij. But almost as if he had expected it, Kaij swivelled around, catching the guard on his knee, and flung him around, landing just next to red. "626." Kaij said, and the guard realized his mistake. Kaij broke up the door. "Leo!"

"Ugh........" Leo said, he was dizzy after being woken up by someone bashing on the door and saying his name. "...Viper?" Oh, it you, thanks god your here. I just wanted to apologize, Red, your a hell of a good driver, and Viper, we couldnt have a better temporary captain leading us, will you forgive me?" Leo asked as he sat up straight.

This was the first time for as long as he could remember that Kaij actually had to think about before answering. Usually he had an answer ready before the question was even asked, it seemed. "Apology accepted." He said and put out his hand for Leo to take. "Also, I spoke to Command earlier today." He stuck his hand is his pocket, and took out something. "If you want it, you can have a position in the 626." He revealed what he had been holding. A badge and a 626 member medal. "Surpressor, welcome to the 626."

"........wow...... Im speechless......." He replied as he looked at the medal "I, would be glad to work with the 626" he said as he looked Kaij deep in the eyes. He took the medal, and put in his pocket. "Now thats its settled, what do we do now?"

[JG.]

"Nothing right now. There are no missions that require our immediate participation." Kaij also pulled a G18 out of his belt, and tossed it to Leo. "Standard 626 sidearm. Normally you would have to undergo special training for it, being that it's the first automatic-pistol most guys use. But in your case, I don't think it's neccesary. By the way, it's the one I stole from you earlier." He turned and said a few words to the doctor. "I gotta go get my foot checked. I haven't felt it until now, but it hurts like hell. Aparently wasn't fully healed. I'll talk to you later." He stopped up, and tossed a keyring to Leo. "No actual keys, but the code to the 626 quarters are written on there. Also, if you want, we can get your codename changed to Leo, Lion, or something along those lines. Surpressor, it's too long for the 626. You need something short and sweet."

 

EDIT: Leo or Lion is also easier to spell xD

"Ok.... I'll think about it" Leo said. But just as Viper was about to leave the door Leo shouted "Wait! I got a good code name, Blue, I think that should be my new code name" He looked at Kaij, waiting for a response.

 

OoC: Now me and Sorrow both get to be pokemon characters XD

"Has about this much to do with your current name," Kaij said, forming a 0 with his fingers. " But sure, I'll submit it to HQ. Or actually, could you tell them, because as said, I have an appointment with the doctor. Just find a phone. JUst use the code I gave you when they ask. You should know the number." Kaij nodded at Leo, and left. It requires at least some brain to get into the 626, which I know Leo has, but this should be the "exam". Bullshit do I have an appointment. But maybe I should get it checked anyways. He thought.
