A 9/10, I would use it.

 

Make it Monopoly, replace the gun with a laser cannon (they've used that before), and point it at... No, that would kill it. Problem almost solved. But thanks.

Found it on Wikia. Yeah, maybe a litte bit. But not that much, except in a dedicated deck.

 

EDIT: Actually, no, because Spell Economics says "to activate a spell card". This is a part of the effect after the activation, ergo Spell Economics has no effect.

That would be a deadly simple OTK... One of those 3 has to be banned. BRtS also combos with this. I predict Ban if this were real, too many broken combos =P

Broken to hell and back. This could be 1500 per card and still usable. 1000 LP is worth far less than a card's advantage, not to mention you get the bonus of Graveyard fuel.

It's only real balancing factor is Starlight, and that isn't enough to justify it, especially at this cost.
