I'll admit, the description is good and the artwork is nice, but the fact that it has 3500 ATK and it's level 7 throws me off. Either lower its ATK or raise its level to 8 or 9 and you're good. It's nice to see a decent vanilla card for once though.

Levels help determine the range of attack a card should NORMALLY have.

3000 = Max Level 8 (normally)

2500 = Normal max for 7. But 7 is strange.

Lies. Thats not how it works anymore. It works based on Level Range.

 

Level 5 and 6 = 1 tribute, often a beatstick and having a 1 shot ability or some form of field control.

Above Level 6 = 2 Tributes, normally Special Summoned.

Level 7 = Higher Special Summon Speed and more Flexibility.

Level 8 = Draw Power and easier Synching. (Depending on where it's placed).

 

It's there's a common ATK range sure, but for what? Just easy to follow guides.

Levels are a basic guideline for stats. Sure, you can go over or below, but those usually require an effect.

As for vanillas, they rely on the stat range of their levels. Only a few vanillas go over the norm (Wolf..2100 >_>).

I think this card is nice, especially since its a vanilla (its annoying that everyone thinks vanillas r uncool). the pic is intense, and the description is haunting and epic. I will agree to raise its level to 8 or 9, but other than that, nice job, and I think its time for BEWD to become the second best vanilla (yea, Im a rebel) 9.5/10

Like I said, there are the occasional differences.

You know I'm right though.

I'm not going to make a LV 5 vanilla with 3000 ATK.

Nor would I make a Lv 3 vanilla with 2000 ATK.

Over 3000 is almost always for 8 above.

I'd say 9 for this.

Nice vanilla. Neat description. Just, lower the ATK.

Make it like... somewhere between 2800 - 2600.

Other than that, it's an alright card. 7/10, could give it higher but it's a vanilla.

There isn't really anything to it.
