Here are my new Set I work on. i will upload some new cards now and then.

This card is treated as it has no Level and no Attribute. This card gains 200 ATK for each "Dark Wing" monster on the field. If there is a face-up "Dark Wing" monster, this card cannot be destroyed by battle.

 

 

[spoiler=en002]

This card is treated as it has no Level and no Attribute. This card cannot be Special Summoned. When this card is face-up on the field, all Non-Attribute monsters you control gains 300 ATK. This card can attack your opponent directly if there is a face-up "Dark Wing" monster on the field.

 

 

[spoiler=en003]

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 3 or more "Dark Wing" monsters you control. This card is treated as it has no Level and no Attribute. Once per turn, you can increase the ATK of 1 Non-Attribute monster you control by 1000, until the End Phase. If you do, that monster is the only monster that can attack this turn. You can discard 1 card to equip 1 "Dark Wing" monster to this card (max 1). This card gains ATK equal to half the ATK of the equiped monster. You can pay 1000 Life Points to gain the effect of the equiped monster, until the end of your turn.

This card is treated as it has no Level and no Attribute. This card gain 400 ATK for each "Dark Wing" monster on the field. If this card is Special Summoned by the effect of a Spell or Trap Card, inflict 500 damage to your opponent.

 

 

[spoiler=en005]

This card is treated as it has no Level and no Attribute. When your opponent declares an attack while you control a face-up "Dark Wing" monster, switch the attack target to this card and inflict damage equal the attacking monsters Level x 300. You take no damage from battles involving this card.

 

 

[spoiler=en006]

This card is treated as it has no Level and no Attribute. This card can attack your opponent directly. When this card attacks your opponent directly, increase your Life Points by 500.

It is increadably easy to see where you got "Dark Wings" from.

-Ok. You have the DARK-Powerup for this set, yet apparently they have no attributes.

-ATK and DEF are WAY too high for Lv 1's.

-Effects are op'd.

-Enough said.

Forget they had no attribute but... they have no Levels so the effects cannot be OPed for cards that dont have Levels... enough said

yes they can... thats like saying if they dont have a type they can be treated as any type...if it has 1 star and 1900 ATK anyone would know that summfins wrong unless it instantly destroys itself..., not original at all, ocg is good that is though, u have 1300 posts enough said..3/10.. soz

Drop them to 400-900, and change the effects to power up monsters with NO attributes. And if they have no level, they can't be used for Synchros, some tributes, etc.

These cards have no Level, so the ATK of these cards can be 3000 without being OPed. And there should only be Effect monsters. No synchro or fusions or rituals

It is the ATK and effect that makes it balanced, since it has no Level.

No I say the effect and ATK must be balanced, and I not say It just be balanced if it has 3000 ATK with no stars. You need a good effect for the card too.
