Stolen Trojans(some minors shouldnt read possible)

Ok this is what happened last week and yes Trojan as in the condom brand.

 

STORY:

Ok i went to sears real quick to pick em up(Date with my GF) and i bought them and then searched for my phone to call her but some lady ran out and said she needed to speak with me. I said "Yea" and she pulled this box of opened condoms from her pocket and said i opend and stole it. I said "Oh no i bought them here they are." She then said "i know but we saw you take another pack" i said "Um no, i bought these. why would i steal one and by another?" Then she said stop being a smart ass. She made me fallow her to her office and i asked to see the video and she showed me and apparently some dude stole a pack and left them their but took like half in the box. He looked like me to. I had a hat on to that was black and so was his but the camera angle only picked up like the hat so they just assumed it was me. Its totally Bull sheet because i obviously didnt do it. So long story short. i get in trouble i have to get picked up by my mom, she talks to me about stealing and sex and other Sh@t and then i cant go with my girlfriend. Got to say it was one of the worse days of my life. Now im awaiting my fine of i think 250$ for stealing condoms. which i didnt do.

SOME SOUND ADVICE

 

Balloons are cheaper than condoms, so if you're poor you shouldn't actually steal condoms. That just looks pathetic. Steal balloons from small children or buy the same number of balloons as the number of condoms you stole and you'll still save money on the condoms you DID have to buy as a ploy so it didn't look like you were stealing.

 

Anyways, balloons or a job would be the way to go.

Dude Ive seen people steal for a hell of a lot less. My advice go in and contest the charges on account of the camera angle not defining you as the thief. Bring in the receipt to force them to prove that youj had 2 packs on you. They cant find you guilty based on speculation.

See this is the advice I would have given were it not for that bit about the $250 fine at the end. For this reason, if you really are telling the truth, you just keep fighting your cause 'till the cows come home. Nothing screams "I'm innocent" more than complete and utter persistence, especially over such a petty matter. Fight the man and simply continue to refuse to pay the fine until they accept the fact that they have made a mistake.
