Frog is Level 8 and Fishborg is 1 which = Trishula...... *Reads Trishula*Damn. I think D.3.S. Frog should count as 2 or more non-Tuners because it is made of 3 monsters.... Introduce a new ruling that Fusions should count as non-Tuners equal to the number of Fusion Materials they're made of. And lol @ Substitard.
