1.Correct OCG I believe. If you have more than one "Lightning Warrior" monster on the field, you can add one card from your Graveyard to the bottom of your deck.

 

2. It's decent, but not original. Underpowered at that, increase it's ATK 300 in my opinion.

^^Not sure about "another". I'd make it add to your hand instead, cuz Recycle already adds cards to the bottom of your deck. The name would sound cooler as Lightning Blader too. :) 4/5

Didn't you read, he said if there was another one on the field, not "If you summoned another" type deal. You might want to post that it is your opinion.

Didn't you read, he said if there was another one on the field, not "If you summoned another" type deal. You might want to post that it is your opinion.

 

yes i did read. i just thought if he said "if there is another lightning warrior on the field", he would probably be able to use the effect as many times as he wants. so thats why i said summoned.

yes i did read. i just thought if he said "if there is another lightning warrior on the field", he would probably be able to use the effect as many times as he wants. so thats why i said summoned.

 

Yea, I know what you were doing, but don't you think its up to him if he wants it that way or if he still wants the effect to be "If their is another on the field" or etc? I'm just saying, it's more of times they want there original b/c its much more fun. Still, this is all my opinion, that is all. Yeas, it is op'd, but he can change something else, but the effect, too.
