As far as modifying using tools goes, I'm somewhat of a pro and I could create a full hack on my own if I weren't so lazy.

 

JaydenxYaoi(correct name? D: ) is a pro at anything involving the real stuff, like HEX editing and ASM hacking as I recall.

Well um... I used to make cheats for SM64, but since I reinstall my OSes all over again, I lost my PJ64 and the ROMs.

Wow mentioned before I even entered. My bf and I are a team. It is really easy actually. I'd open a tutorial thread if enough people wanted me to and if the staff let me. I'm not good with Romhacks but I can turn some into codes.

Ahh Ruby Destiny: Reign of Legends. Yeah I remember that; but it doesn't compare to it's two sequels. I remember I used to get on quite well with DJG, he's a great guy. ^^

150 power, 100 accuracy, causes burn condition on opponent and makes you confused

ShinyGold sucks. If we're talking about GSC remakes as ROM Hacks it's obvious that LiquidCrystal is by far the best.

4 pokemon rom hacks, go to wahack.com or whack a hack.. they have a ton of things if you're interested....

i dont mean to violate any rules because i dont mean to advertise in this post....
