Spiders might like it, or maybe some sort of OTK revolving around a "This card can attack all your opponent's monsters" monster with Final Attack Orders/Junk Barrage/Big Bang Shot, etc. I personally think this would be a cool card to see released, but it strikes me as something either difficult to make rulings for, or too easily exploited. I don't quite know how you'd do a "random graveyard monster" simulator that doesn't involve shifting the contents of the graveyard, which is as technically illegal as switching monster card zones after summoning said monster (due to Senet effects for the latter, Question for the former).
