Hell yeah.

A voice in my head tells me that Shooting Dragon Devastation should be a 3-card discard, but you already need at least a Dragon-type standing in to get nuked, so you're downing yourself at least 3 cards. Shoot for some major advantage or this could become a big bust. Oh, the voice in my head spoke up again. Destiny Hero - Diamond Dude. DERP. Ignoring that since there's multiple more options for his abuse (though this could be one actually playable without Diamond Dude's effect hitting it) this card would be alright.

Burning Claw is bad. It disappears after one use. That's like.. bad. It may as well not be an equip card. Some stationary ATK boost that's totally irrelevant (the only played FIRE monster is Black Rose Dragon, and he doesn't exactly get a lot of field time. <_<) and is waiting for one monster to run into it and inevitably die, then this card falls back into the Deck. The deck? I would much rather see this go to the Graveyard so that I could do some really cool thing to get it back, just by hope, rather than have to go through the process of drawing it all over again. The destruction protection and the guaranteed one-shot are an alright effect, but I don't think that it merits play in a Dragon-based deck based on its quick moment of meaninglessness effect.

Scorching Breath is nice, especially for the last effect to bring it back up. That's not a horribly abusable effect since it's not a Quick-play Spell, but it's not a bad card to counter some angry one-shot monsters that you can't run over like Blackwing Armor Master, other monsters with big ATK that you can't hop over, and things like that. I like it.

Not a fan of Dragonic Spirit. The only redeeming quality it has is protection from the effects of non-Dragon-type monsters. That protects you from.. some things. Ryko? Hell yeah, can't eat me. There's more, but again, I'm not a fan of one-shot protection cards. It's not the worst, but it isn't fantastic.

Great pictures, and an overall good attempt at supporting a theme that's always "kinda been there" in terms of good-ness. <_<

8/10 for the four.
