This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can noly be Special Summoned from your hand by tributing one card on your Field and flipping the top card of your Deck face-up. If this card does not destroy a monster by battle on the turn it was summoned, send the top card of your Deck to the Graveyard. When this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, you can add 1 level to this monster. If you tribute this level 7 monster, you can deal 2000 damage to your opponent. If this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the graveyard, you can remove it from play to add 1 "Pincer Beast" from your Deck to your hand.

 

 

 

No RFCE this time, just threw some things together, but made a more complex effect, good for destroying your opponent both on the field and at the Life Points.

 

UPDATE - Tried to add a holo, need some feedback on any problems with it.

Slight OCG fixes. This card is very interesting, i love the idea of Level changing and stuff. I don't think it's OP or anything ^^

I didn't know whether you meant send any card you control or tribute 1 monster (there's a difference). you can't tribute spells/traps. So if it's any card, it should say "sending 1 card you control" but i think you should stick to monster, that way it retains it's "balanceness"

The effect is very well done.

The pic, even with the holo, could be a bit better.

The way I made the effect you have to tribute a monster to summon it, I jsut wanted the level to be lower to make it harder to get the 2000 point damage.

 

EDIT - Lol just realized I put "This card can noly".
