Infinitus
It's funny' date=' because everyone is going to hell. You have a 1/∞ of getting the right god.[/quote'] Hey, if all of us are part of some religion or other, at least a few of us aren't going to hell. You have to find the right answer on a multiple choice test, so you fill in all the bubbles. =D I wish I could do that on an actual test, and get the questions right just for filling in the right bubble. ~/Coolio Prime\~
Hideous crimes like these obviously merit a perfectly just punishment of an eternity of hopelessness. Obviously. I love the order in which these appear. Being an awful pervert isn't nearly as bad as eating too much' date=' which in turn isn't nearly as bad as spending money that you have instead of locking it in a box and leaving it there. This sounds suspiciously like Valhalla. Except that was considered a reward for the greatest heroes, not a punishment. Considering how fragmented Christianity is, which each denomination being orthodox to itself and heretical to all others, it seems that virtually all Christians would fall squarely into this circle (bar the few who correctly guess that the one true church is the Southern Post-Methodist Wesleyan Reformed Anabaptist Holy Church of Jesus Christ). Why isn't violence against other people listed anywhere here? Is that considered permissible now? I love how this is considered worse than everything else on the list. Forget about the violent maniacs who go around blowing stuff up; we need to deal with the far more serious crime of lying! Bad news for anyone who has ever played Mafia: you're doomed. How exactly was Jesus supposed to go through with his cunning plan of being killed without being betrayed? It seems like Judas was an integral part of Jesus's plan that was absolutely necessary for everything to fall into place, not a traitor who almost ruined everything. And why Brutus and Cassius but not Cinna and all the other conspirators? Why not Mark Antony, who proceeded to backstab the conspirators immediately afterward?[/quote']OH THOSE SILLY CHRISTIANS AND THEIR LITERATURE MADE BY AUTHORS THAT RELATE TO THE RELIGION BUT DON'T MIMIC THEIR ACTUAL BELIEF Now if you'll excuse me, I have a bone to pick with JR Tolkien. CinnamonStar
Well the same kind of God is kind of hard to say these days. Gnostic Cristianity for example has a very different views on its deity/ies and even within the religions there are different currents. So pretty much the same God, not sure about that but they share similar roots. Also LAWL xD I found it funny how people are taking this as some kind of official belief pinned down by some religious leaders or even written in the bible itself. It's a fictional setting for a (pretty much awesome) poem, jezz. .__.

bigedf
Don't like the first ring because there are those born into pagan religions and raised not knowing Jesus. Its k inda sad that this may be the case' date=' but its real. Is it their fault they don't know Jesus?[/quote'] You call out being born into another religion as unfair and ignore the part where people born before Christ get sent to the first circle of Hell? lollogic. Yeah I love how they completely forget about Moses, Abraham, David, and every other person in the Old Testament.
