It is pretty OP'ed but if you gave it a heavy cost and chose only one of those effects then it would be useful, if you think about it, the first effect states that it cannot be affected by Spell, Traps, or Monster effects, which means the second effect is almost impossible to use in the first place,

 

The second effect is like an Ultimatum, will they really want to destroy it in the first place? unless they have card advantage then yeah they can deal with it, so I suggest you give it only Spell and Trap immunity since those are the major targets, and the make it about 1 or 2 Spell and traps that you can destroy on their field.

 

Finally your OCG is correct as far as I can tell you just spelled a few things wrong here:

 

faceup = face-up (see the hyphen?)

Card = card (lowercase c)

feild = field (i before e)

uneffected = unaffected (it's a selection thing)

graveyard = Graveyard (capital G, it's an important place)
