[align=center]Yea, I hope this is good enough to be my last card for now, oh well.

Here it goes.

The heavens’ light lights the way, resurrect the path of the new, bring forth new light, bring forth Aerial Divine.

Lore

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned Except by sending one Synchro monster you control to the graveyard and all cards in your hand. During each of your Draw Phases, you can add up to 2 cards from your Graveyard to your Hand OR Deck instead of conducting your Normal Draw Phase. During each of your End Phases, you can discard 2 cards from your hand to destroy one monster your opponent controls OR 3 cards to destroy one set Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls.

I hope you enjoy it.

I know I would, even though it mills up your deck, which is good for me, at times. But I like to play decks called, "Hand less".

I acknowledge this card for all the people on YCM that know me and I appreciate all the people that helped me with my OCG and all other things.

Nice card XxY, I'm not that used of you making them.

Pic is amazing.

Effect is ballanced, but instead of making its effect aply during the Stanby Phase, you should make it the Draw Phase. At least that sounds more logical to me.

OCG is perfect.

A 10/10

The divine radiance lights the path, restoring the road of the pure. Bring forth new radiance! Come to me, Aerial Divine!

^ An alternate Summon chant. (A different name might be "Divine Avian Empreya")

OCG Fixes: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only (/cannot) be Special Summoned (/except) by Tributing 1 Synchro monster you control and sending all other cards in your hand to the Graveyard. During your Draw Phase, you can add up to 2 cards from your Graveyard to your hand or Deck instead of conducting your normal draw. During each of your End Phases, you can discard 2 cards in your hand to destroy 1 face-up monster your opponent controls or discard 3 cards to destroy 1 face-down Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls.

I'm torn. On the one hand, it has low ATK and DEF and no self-preservation effect. On the other, rather larger hand, it is incredibly easy to summon, stocks your Deck, thins your hand and endlessly recycles its effect. Let me explain.

It can only be Summoned by tributing a Synchro monster. These things can be summoned in the first turn in a Synchro Deck. You could have this out before your first End Phase. Secondly, it can add cards from your Graveyard straight to your hand. Use "Lightning Vortex" to blow your opponent's monsters to dust then wait a couple of turns, then bring it back to use again, destroying them again ad infinitum.

Although not as overpowered, it can restock the Deck, which I think is far too useful for an effect that can endlessly activate. (Plus, with the "Infernity" monsters, an empty hand and a full Deck is a good thing, so it's abusable by them...) And then there's the last effect. By adding two cards from your Graveyard and then discarding them, both with this effect, you can obliterate yet another monster. And if you wait, and draw the next turn, you can wipe out your opponent's Spell/Trap defense.

As you can see, it has many faults, but at the same time it only has 2000 ATK and DEF, is a Winged Beast (which isn't exactly a good thing considering the "Blackwings" reliance on Synchros) and has no support for its Attribute and limited support for its Type. So I can't say for sure. Looks like your last card bested me...

I really like the latter effect actually, and I like the idea of reusing cards, one thing I don't get though, is it Special Summoned from the graveyard.. Because the summoning condition is to send 1 synchro monster to the grave and then send all your hand to the graveyard.. But if you are special summoning from the hand wouldn't you be sending the actual card to the graveyard via its summoning condition. Overall I'd say 8/10 based on the effects once ON the field, but 4/10 for its summoning condition. I agree with Max Darkness, it's not like winged beasts have much support, as for Divine, i don't even think they have any support. Overall a nice card, and pretty balanced.

Also Max Darkness, with your OCG Fix, "This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 Synchro monster you control and sending all cards in your hand to the Graveyard." I think that didn't need to be corrected as I imagine XzY wanted Aerial Divine to be Nomi, not Semi-Nomi. I think if this card was Semi-Nomi it would definately be OPed imo.
