Very nice name, pic, effect, OCG is almost perfect. It should be 1 Fiend-type monster + 1 Pyro-type monster. Just add monster at the end of the fusion materials and you're good. This would also be good for Sacred Beast decks because Raviel is a fiend and Uria is a pyro.

Well it's very nice but it seems really powerful.It gains the ATK and Effect which means it can get really messy for some powerful Monsters. Imagine this in a Twilight Deck and if you Tribute Judgment Dragon and Rainbow Dark Dragon. Not only will you have a Monster with 7000 ATK but also with an Effect to destroy the Field and use the Graveyard to give it ATK.Instant OTK.Anyway Overall 6/10 and quick OCG fix:

Nothing much to fix just one word and 1 letter.

 

Edit:Ups forgot that the Fusion Material must be Fiend and Pyro.Well that makes it more balanced but still a little overpowered.Let me change it to 8/10.
