Strongest cards I ever made

To be honest I wouldn't call your cards pathetic, because they aren't.

 

Now, to start with Ultimate Overlord of the Undead. It seems a little OPed, by negating ALL effects, but not only that, doesn't it mean it's negating the (second) effect of discarding the hand to gain LP? And Btw both the Ritual monster and Ritual Spell card just need a tweak on the OCG. For example, "If this monster attacks dirctly". And for the Ritual Spell card, I think the term is Tribute, not "Send to the graveyard".

 

Now for Hell Bringing, you realise that with that card, you could summon with two fluff tokens from Dandylion. Because any levels 7+ need two tributes to normal summon, not just levels 7 and 8. So therefore the attack, based on two tribute requirement seems a little high, and for a direct attack, 1500 LP is hardly anything, though I do like that you tried to give the monster a drawback.

 

Black Bringing Darkness, same problem really, because it requires 2 tributes, it is somewhat OPed, even for a normal monster. Maybe if you lowered the DEF to about 1600 it would balance out.

 

For Hell Rising, you realise that field spells effect BOTH players, so the owner of Hell Rising would effectively be discarding every card they draw aswell. Maybe change the wording a little, to This effect can only be used by the owner of this card , something along those lines. However, for the effect you intended, its way OPed! Maybe you should change it to, "Your opponent discards every card they draw OUTSIDE their drawphase", and even then it's a little OPed, with morphing jar and such.

 

Overall, i'd give a 2/10, the ideas are pretty basic and OPed, and I'm not keen on the pictures.

if theyr supposed to be powerful then tahts fine, make them powerful int he effects not in the atk and def. think about it foolish burial or any other discard card on one of those vanillas, easy special summon from the graveyard there u go 3800 atk monster.

You may be a newbie but atleast read the topic, "Relealistic Cards".

If you want to make OP'ed cards that are extremely powerful, put them in the "Any Other Card" section. Make them powerful in a sense that they can destroy monsters or gain ATK or DEF. Not just the ATK, Plus yor OCG needs work, go look at an OCG thread. It can help, ALOT.
