Signature limit!

Is it possible to get more signature limit permissions? If so I would be great full if you can help me out! I wish to have more room and space to add my disclaimer spoiler too pictures I use from other YCM members. Do to the sad fact I cannot make my own pictures, yet.

Yes i do this now but was hoping to make it so much easier on my self ,...sigh
