Once per turn, you can discard a card from your hand and select a monster on your opponent's side of the field. If the selected monster does not attack this card during your opponent's next Battle Phase, your opponent must discard their entire hand. You must pay 900 Life Points during each of your End Phases or destroy this card.

I dont really get this bit. "If your opponent attacks this card, destroy both monsters without applying Damage Calculation." So you discard a card from your hand and pay 900 Life points for your opponent to destroy your monster with (Potentially) a treeborn frog.

 

However I'd just noticed that you could have a stall card. Making this card OPed, since it could easily be normal summoned with A legendary ocean on the field.

 

Also, in the effect it doesn't say when they should discard their entire hand? End Phase? Or their next turn before they draw?

I'm not too keen on the picture also, as I dont think the monster looks particularly strong for one with 2400 ATK

Interesting. But the true usefulness of this card would be selecting a monster your opponent controls and not letting it attack, rather than redirect attack to this card. Then this card would probably be too powerful... +_+
