A bit messed up OCG. You can try putting it this way:

 

After activation, Special Summon this card in Defense Position; it is treated as an Effect Monster Card (Dragon-Type/WIND/Level 4/ATK 1500/DEF 500) This card can attack your opponent's Life Points Directly. During your second Standby Phase sent this card to the Graveyard. (This card is also still treated as a Trap Card.)

 

I just don't get why it is summoned in defense position if it can attack directly. It's kinda inconvenient, but I guess the high ATK compensates it a little

Anyway, I give you 8/10

If you summon it in def it balences it out IMO

Neither of the other 2/3 trap monsters have such a restriction. This card is underpowered.

Its not OPed in any way, since it is destroyed the 2nd turn. And the ocg is off but it is corrected so... 8/10 the pic is lovely... Jazin Kay?

Seems a little UPed to be honest, the amount of spell and trap card removal these days, added with monster card removal, I'd be surprised if this lasted 1 turn. As for trap-card monsters, they're quite last season due to this. I love the pic, just wish it was used for an actual effect monster instead
