Meh. Saw some pics I liked. Came up with these. Trying to create meta, but I'm not sure I'm succeeding. Ah well.
Insanity Lives]

This card can only be activated when there are 5 or more cards in your hand (excluding this card). For the rest of the Duel, "Psycho Anima" monsters can be Normal Summoned or Set.
Psycho Anima Skullion]

224576x.jpg
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by the effect of "Insanity Lives". When this card is sent directly from your Deck to your Graveyard, Special Summon it and send to your Graveyard 1 other "Psycho Anima" monster from your Deck.
Psycho Anima Treante]

224576l.jpg
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by the effect of "Insanity Lives". When your Life Points increase by 1000 or more, you can Special Summon this card from your hand or Deck. Then increase your Life Points by 1000. When this card is destroyed, decrease your Life Points by 1500.
Psycho Anima Serentibug]

224576t.jpg
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by the effect of "Insanity Lives". When your opponent draws 2 or more cards by a card effect, Special Summon this card from your hand. Your opponent then draws 2 cards.
Psychotic Counter Counter]

224576fx.jpg
This card can only be activated when "Insanity Lives" is in your Graveyard. Negate the activation of a Counter Trap Card, and destroy it. Then Special Summon 1 "Psycho Anima" monster from your hand or Deck.
*NEW* Psychotic Eye]

224576z.jpg
This card can only be activated when a "Psycho Anima" monster is Special Summoned by its own effect. Your opponent must show you all cards they draw during their Draw Phase.
*NEW* Psycho Anima Lumberjek]

224576p.jpg
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by the effect of "Insanity Lives". When a "Psycho Anima" monster is destroyed by battle, Special Summon this card from your hand. Then Special Summon 1 "Psycho Anima Token" (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) to your opponent's side of the field in Defense Position.

Modified Koa`Ki Meiru's. Except I can see solid decks where these can go in.

Assuming you know what those are, kudos and I <3 the creativity.

Thanks so much Icy!

I see how you really balanced these out' date=' powerful yyet not at the same time. They could be more powerful if u really supported them heavily and u have to have 3 copies of insanity lives in your deck, give them some synchros too.

9.4/10

Trust me, I'll try to make as much support as I can. I just need good pics, XD

Thanks for the rate.

"can be Normal Summoned." so they still can not be set ?

I am tired and can not write about other cards... maybe later.

True. And . . . okay.

This comment is extremely helpful.

EDIT: Now I know what you're talking about. Fix'd.

D: What If you don't draw "Insanity Lives" you're technically lost. All pictures seems fine to me, loving these monsters effect although OCG it's a bit off IMO but hey these are great! Love the fact you're using some of my images ^^

9/10

If you don't draw Insanity Lives, you'll have to rely on their own effects to get themselves onto the field. Normal Summoning them makes them basically Normal Monsters, since their effects revolve around getting them on the field. I know OCG is off, ah well. And if you like that I'm using some of your images now, just wait until my TtA (Tribute to Alcander) set is posted. Thanks for the rate!

"This card can only be activated when a "Psycho Anima" monster is Special Summoned by its own effect" your opponent monsters can make this card activat ?!

I like All-Seeing Eye, still not that good because other cards can do it job.. but maybe not as good as it so my rate 7.5/10.

"When a "Psycho Anima" monster is destroyed by battle," even if it was your opponent monster ?

Yes ! so is that why did you add this "to your opponent's side of the field" ?

or is it all just happened ?

I think it is more useful then "Skullion" and "Serentibug" that is why i give it 8.5/10.

Yeah, that's the point. Its swarm, so when a Psycho Anima something happens, they come on the field and activate an effect that allows another one to come on.

So Lumberjek is summoned cause a Psycho Anima monster is destroyed, then it puts a weak monster on the opponent's side of the field that counts as a Psycho Anima monster that Lumberjek can destroy and summon another, which then does the same thing.
