6/10, you have some good stuff there, but you need more effects and whatnot. [spoiler=This spoiler tag being opened will take a ton of space but has important suggestions, so open at your own risk.]How about to simulate evolution, all the cards have an archetype: PKMN. So for example, PKMN Form 1 INSERT NAME OF EARLIEST FORM HERE: Insert name here, for the first form, then Form 2 for its evolution and whatnot (for alternate evoultions like Evee you can have Form 2(or whatever number)/# to show alternate forms, and then for evolution itself, have a card called "PKMN Evolution" or something and make its effect be pay some sort of cost, tribute one "Pokemon Form 1" monster, and special summon a "Form 2"monster with the same fourth word in its name as the tributed monster, and the same with 2 and 3, and whatnot. So, for example, have "PKMN Form 1 Charmander: Charmander" on the field, use "PKMN Evolution", tribute the Charmander, summon "PKMN Form 2 Charmander: Charmeleon", and then use another "PKMN Evolution" (perhaps give it an effect to return to your hand from the graveyard after a set number of turns), and summon "PKMN Form 3 Charmander: Charizard". Or have "PKMN Form 1 Evee: Evee", tribute it for "PKMN Evolution", summon "PKMN Form 2/1 Evee: Jolteon" or "PKMN Form 2/2 Evee: Vaporeon", etc. I hope you comprehend my rant. Just my suggestion.

That wasn't a compliment(?) He's saying you need to have some support instead of just random vanillas that fight then die. Like, maybe make a Charcoal only equipable to Fire monsters and it raises its ATK and all that stuff.

- This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by tributing "Metapod" equipped with "Cocoon Evolution" on your side of the field. When this card destroys a monster by battle, you can return 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field to its owner's hand.

 

Weedle / EARTH / 1 / Insect / 300 / 200

~ It eats its weight in leaves every day. It fends off attackers with the needle on its head.

 

Kakuna / EARTH / 3 / Insect / 0 / 1200

- Once per turn during your Standbt Phase, increase the DEF of this card by 300.

 

Beedrill / WIND / 6 / Insect / 2200 / 2100

- This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by tributing "Kakuna" equipped with "Cocoon Evolution" on your side of the field. When this card destroys a monster by battle, you can return 1 Monster Card on the field to its owner's hand.

-Without effects, all of them are unoriginal and not at all creative. I don't it if almost half of a Set consists of Normal Monsters, but all of them being normal is just lazy. You have great potential to give these monsters imaginative and actually interesting abilities, but you have made all of them bland by having nothing.

-The pics could be better (including background, etc.)

 

3.5/10. I'm sorry, but the main weakness behind these are the lack of creativity. No effects, not even any Support cards for them. I suggest that you think twice before you carry on making these cards, or else you're missing a great opportunity to turn these into cards that are original and unforgettable.

Too much vanillas. They need effects.

How about pokemon that normal evolve be treated as LV pokemon like armed dragon. That way your pokemon can "evolve". Also use any atrabutes that pokemon have such as dittos abilaty to transform (can make a good tuner & fusion subtatute monster). Plus the ledgindarys can make good syncro monsters.
