I feel honored to be first to review cards again, after being off this site for almost 4 months. So here I go...

 

The Good: Some of the effects are handy, so to speak, and as a set, could function.

The Bad: Your wording for some of the effects is bad, and for the most part, the effects are limited. Never hurts to have more.

The Ugly: The Synchros are done incorrectly. You lack the whole "[insert Tuner Here] + [insert Non-Tuners Here]" getup.

but the point was to have only monster need for the synchro, so they are really easy to summon. thats why dementia synchron's effect is what it is. but, if it is wrong, ill fix em up

Well, it's impossible to summon a Synchro monster with out a tuner and another monster. So you should change that.
