When a monster is Normal or Special Summoned, except by the effect of "Black Garden", halve its ATK and Special Summon 1 "Rose Token" (Plant-Type/DARK/Level 2/ATK 800/DEF 800) to its controller's opponent's side of the field, in Attack Position. When this card is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 "Black Rose Dragon" from your Extra Deck. It's effect is negated, unless you control a face-up "Black Garden". You can Special Summon this card from your hand by destroying 1 face-up "Black Garden". Every time a Plant-Type monster is Summoned, inflict 500 damage to your opponent.
