2.) Rescue Cat is Limited or Banned (Can't remember), so 3 is pointless.

3.) OCG errors (tribute = Tribute, Hand = hand)

Pretty much the same as everyone else that has commented. You know, you should just make it similarly balanced to Rescue Cat. Maybe the other side of the spectrum. Rescue Cat focuses on quantity (2 monsters of low Level). Make this quality (1 monster of higher Level).

yea i made the same card to with same pic, but diff effect but yea wouldnt be effective as the cat is limited to 1 + its basically a full field swarm in one turn.
