Card Lore:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 1 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon". Increase the ATK of this card by the ammount of Dragon-Type monsters in your graveyard x200. Your opponent cannot activate any trap card while this card is attacking. When this card is destroyed and sent to the graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" or "Ultimate Blue-Eyes White Dragon"

I would say "Blue-Eyes White Dragon/Assault Mode" would be a more fitting name...>"<

Thanx... I actually considered that but I have already seen at least about 3 assault mode blue eyes on the website already

I think the cirrect termonology would be when this card attacks your opponent cannot activate any spell or traps card until the end of the damage step or something like that. The only thing I see with this is that as soon as you get it out your gonna want it to be destroyed since it can only reach maybe 3800 max before getting removed or something, but when it is destroyed you get a 4500 ATK monster? At least make it so that you have to remove appropriate cards from you hand, deck, or graveyard to compensate for it.

this should be majestic blue eyes dragon. and this should be a synchro with idk MAJESTIC DRAGON!!! if it were like that in my view it would be balanced. otherwise its to easy to summon.

I'd say a little op'd as "Alien Masta" said, you should really make it a Snychro monster. And take of the part of Special Summoning Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon. If you got the chance to summon blues eyes ultimate dragon without a fusion summon would you even care that you could also summon blue eyes?

i would say 8/10, this is going to be a monster that is hard to summon, however the picture and name goes very well :)

The picture is great, the effect needs editing though. Like the above said, why have Blue Eyes as a selection when you can special summon Ultimate Dragon. The only reason Blue Eyes should be a selection is if you have burst stream of destruction in your hand. It has a built in trap jammer and Shining dragon effect so I would take out the Power increase or it would basically be an edited version of Shining dragon.

 

I would at least give it 3300 attack and 2700 defense to make it slightly different and not a boosted blue eyes.
