Nice effect. Useing Power Bond but not being able to use it's effect where you double it's ATK. That's good. Nice card. 8/10

For the duel effect thing, you don't need the *s. Just say "Your opponent discards 2 random cards from their hand, OR, Remove 1 face-up monster from play and inflict half it's ATK as damage to your opponent." Looks more like a Fusion of "Black Luster Soldier" and "Gearfried the Iron Knight" for your picture, other than that I got nothing. 9/10 :D

@Light Master XX: I hadn't actually intended this to be a Machina support, but thanks for the comment.

 

@corezero678: I kinda thought that allowing it to have Power Bond's effect would have made it OP'd, so thanks for supporting that.

 

@Nitro Death: Yeah, I was kinda improvising 'cuz you can't get the little dots on YCM that actual cards would have, so thanks for a solution.

Having to use Power Bond on something that doesn't gain any of Power Bond's effects seems terribly redundant. I'd much rather Polymerization it if I'm not going to be able to get double the ATK off. <_<

 

2 cards out of the hand.. it screams abuse on so many levels. Hell, I could see Morphtronics doing stupid with this. xD

 

Machina too, they're just a wonderful bunch. The remove from play effect is nasty too.

 

I guess if you had to specifically throw Light monsters and Power Bond into a machine/Machina deck to make this guy viable, there better be some substance for abuse.

 

Also, 2480 DEF? Really? <_<
