Seriously Overpowered 1000 is too much for no Spell or Traps.Let me just quickly fix the OCG:

overpowered.. i would say you need a better condition other than 1000LP.. Make it you must also tribute 1 monster during each of your Standby phases or something... i wont rate this because i dont want to make you feel bad XD

Normally half a duelist's deck consists of Spell and Trap cards. OPed, and IMO it'd still be OPed if it was negating Spell and Trap cards on both sides of the field. The reason being is someone using a card like this could plan around the effect, while your opponent could not. 1/10 - since there's obviously been no thought put into this.
