This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Ths card cannot be Special Summoned except by having 5 "Nero" monsters in your Graveyard. When this card destroys a monster by battle, the destroyed monster's Monster Card Zone cannot be used until this card is removed from the Field.

 

Effect is too OP'd (-1)

 

- Try to make the pic less-blurry

- Try to get the OCG spot-on so people don't repeatedly correct it

- Try not to make them to OP'd. On first impression, I thought it was pretty good.

[spoiler=Other Suggestions]

- Raise its Level to 8 (Target for "Trade-In")

- Lower its ATK to 2000 (This way, your opponent can more easilly counter it)

 

 

 

 

Now, I see that this set is going to focus on Zone Lockdown? I would limit the lockdown from this card to 2, as it will eventually stop your opponent from summoning.
