Exa Raiun
Wow, you are pretty productive! You just finished the other set, and you are already ready for a new one. Ehehe~ Gaara of the Desert: If this card would be Warrior-Type, it could have seen some extra support, which would make this card somewhat more useful. On its own, it's rather weak. By the way, why he is WIND? Shouldn't a sand-manipulating character be EARTH? 5/10 Giant Sand Burial: Use this card in conjuction with Earthquake for maximum efficiency. Interesting, if gimmicky. 6/10 Sand Lightning Needles: As LIGHT monsters are rather common and much-used, this card has potential to be effective. For a card which requires a monster on the field, it's pretty good. 7.5/10 Sand Shield: This card gives an effect to Gaara similar to the effect of Krebons, which is okay, considering the vulnerability of that card. 7/10 Sand Shower: I would increase the Life Point cost a bit to become more comparable to the ATK increase effect of Injection Fairy Lily. Similarly to the previous cards, it's decent. 7/10 Sand Tsunami: A powered-up Earthquake for a cost, but in combination with Giant Sand Burial, you pretty much got a 2-card Raigeki for 2700 Life Points. Deck thinning and enemy destruction. 5.5/10 Sand Clone: Effect negation, Token generator, what else you would need? Probably the best card in this set so far. 8/10 My opinion is that creating that many supports for a single card can cause bad draws if you are unlucky. Maybe, I am wrong. NeosWiseman
Thanks, Exa Raiun! To tell you the truth, these cards are not created so much for playing than as a collection, but still I might try making them more usable.Maybe you wonder about the whole Life Point paying. I put it because it is in some way similar to using your chakra in the Naruto anime series :-PThere will be more soon, but there is a problem. I thought that with this font used in the series the cards will look good. However, after the low rate from BloodBlader, I'm not so sure about that any more.So I started remaking the cards with the YCM. But the Saving system is out of commission. I don't know what to do? What do you think? :?
Exa Raiun
Well, I noticed that these cards are more like novelty cards, sorry if my ratings are lower at times than you imagined. I am not fond of the show, but I know how to rate objectively, regardless of the series the cards are based on. Nowadays I also had some problems involving saving the cards, I don't know why it happened. I wonder when they will repair it...
NeosWiseman
No, I didn't expect higher rates. I'm even amazed how high they actually are. But what about the design. I don't really like it myself... X_XSo what should I do?...I'll post the remakes on the YCM after i finish them (they're so hard to justify though...) Edit: Oh, I forgot to tell you why Gaara is WIND Attribute. It's because he is from the Wind Country :-PI might change him to EARTH eventually, though :D

Exa Raiun
Well, I forgot to take into account that he is from the Wind Country - as I said, I don't really follow the series ^^;As for the new cards:Fire Style: Fire Ball Technique: Similar to Rush Recklessly, but from the other way - instead of boosting up your own monster, it weakens the opponent's monster. It has a small Life Point cost, but it has a greater effect. Can be interesting in situations. 6.5/10Fire Style: Dragon Flame Technique: Let me guess - the last effect applies until the End Phase too, right? Compared to the other version, it would have less cases where it would have been very useful, but it has its chances to shine too. 6/10Water Style: Water Dragon Technique: There are other ways to switch monsters to Defense Position, and most monsters you would want to switch usually have too low DEF to make this card really effective, especially considering its activation requirement. 4.5/10Water Style: Water Prison Technique: If you can keep your monster on the field for a long enough time, it can be a good way to stall your opponent in a WATER Deck. Pretty good. 7/

zancrow the flame god
not bad, a few ocg errors here and there, but good job. 7.5/

Mothball
Not bad not bad. Can't really comment on OCG, as you know, but I suppose I can comment on the feasibility.I like Cards with support cards like the Gaara card you have. But when a card relies so heavily on them... you'd need Pot/Jar of Greed or something of the like, maybe Pot of Avarice instead to recycle cards instead of self-milling yourself, or a search card or something.I know these aren't supposed to be realistic, but I still look at playability
NeosWiseman
I totally understand you! Thanks! ^^
Exa Raiun
Wow, quite a massive of number of cards you came up with in such a short time, ehehe~ Kiba Inuzuka: For a Level 3 monster, he is pretty okay. A decent ATK and ability for his level. 7/10 Akamaru: Having a fake Type really hurts this card. If this would be Beast-Type, it could be easier to Summon and use. Otherwise, it fits to the concept. 5/10, it would be 7/10 as Beast-Type. Fang Over Fang: Considering the activation requirements, it's balanced enough and effective. The Life Point cost could be a little higher, though. 7.5/10 Combination Transformation Double Headed Wolf: I believe the first effect should be "This card can be equipped to a face-up "Kiba Inuzuka & Akamaru" you control." The way you worded it would allow to equip to another monster if you have the mentioned card on the field. The effect is pretty nice, on the other hand, the way it gets destroyed when you use "Fang Over Fang" makes it somewhat weaker. 7/10 Poison Fog: A much slower version of Venom Counter-based decks - which is already a suboptimal concept - with a very minor effect damage. I'm not that impressed by that card, honestly. Even the Tribute restriction doesn't help much on it. 4/10 Rasengan: You really like these Spell / Trap destruction methods, right? This one seems effective - maybe a bit too much - for its cost and boost. Probably I would make it Semi-Limited. 6.5/10 Lightning Blade: Kind of a simple effect supported by a low situational effect damage. Not my cup of tea. 5/10 Great Ball Rasengan: More Spell / Trap destruction. Seriously. With a few of your cards you can clear whole fields. Rasengan was okay, as it needed the destruction of a monster your opponent controls (even though I don't know the reuqired monster's base ATK), but you can just spam it to clear the field. 4/10 Ninja Art: Projectile Preparation Scrolls: I cannot judge it without the Projectile Weapon cards. I admit I expected something related to Equip Spell Cards from this card ^^' Chakra Control Device: An inverted and weakened version of Spell Absorption, but it needs keeping a monster of your opponent on the field. In stalling deck, it may have some use. If it wouldn't be for the "controller of card" part, it would have more use. 6/10, would be 7.5/10 if changed. Face-Copying Technique: As I did not see enough "Bloodline-Type" monsters from your set, I again cannot rate properly - it has the chance to become balanced or broken. Ice Style : Black Dragon Blizzard: For its activation requirement, it's really weak. Normal Monsters are not really used nowadays. 4/10, 7/10 against a Normal Monster deck. Ice Style: Wolfgang Avalanche: This effect is the same as Full Salvo, you just added an activation requirement and increased the damage by a lot - 700 / card instead of 200 / card. I am not sure what to say about this... 5.5/10 Ice Style: White Whale Technique: Field Spell destruction and the effect of Nightmare's Steelcage in one card? Curious, I wonder how it would work... 6/10 I feel that many of these new cards lack something in creativity or balance. But that's only my opinion... NeosWiseman
I'm making the cards the way I feel them, the way I see them in the anime. That's my problem... Thank you for the comment! ^_^
Exa Raiun
Flavor-consistency is actually a great thing when you create a Pop Culture card. I know it can be really difficult to make cards which are creative, balanced and fit to the original characters, attacks, etc. That's why I don't make a lot of Pop Culture cards nowadays. Your dedication to your sets is wonderful, and even though they have their errors, I can really appreciate your work with them. Keep up the good work!
