Lore:

This card can only be activated while there are no cards on your field. Return all your opponent's Spell and Trap Cards to his/her hand then Set 2 or 3 cards from the top of your Deck in your field. During your opponent End Phase return 1 of the set cards to your hand. When you return all the set cards, destroy this card and your opponent's can return 2 Cards from his/her Graveyard to his/her hand. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, neither player can draw, Sommon, attack, set Spell and Trap Cards, or activate Effect Monsters effect. This card is unaffected by any effect.

This card can only be activated while you have no cards on your side of the field. Return all Spell and Trap Cards your opponent controls to their hand and Set up to 3 cards from the top of your Deck in your Monster Card Zone. During each of your opponent's End Phases, they can return one set card to your hand. When there are no cards on your side of the field, destroy this card and your opponent can add 2 cards from their Graveyard to their hand. While this card is on the field, neither player can draw a card(s), Summon, Set, Attack, or activate effects. This card is uneffected by card effects.

 

 

 

Way too OP'd. I personally would've scrapped this card right when I made it, but you can do what you want.
