I tried this a while back and was suprised of how good it was. Most of the time I was getting out Kuraz and Caius and repeatedly pissing off their backrow and frontrow. And when they're destroyed - Cold Wave for teh lulz.

 

If I had more WINDs here, aka, Raiza swapping with something else, then I would tech in a Dark Simorgh, but left it.

 

I just made it on the spot - it's a themeless Deck, really, but it stops the opponent in their tracks using Rai-Oh, Doomcaliber, the Monarchs and some Cold Wave/Timidity action.

 

The thing about cards like these is they never see them coming.
