There the only 2 mistakes i can see but it does seem to be worded a bit wrong.

 

I love the name, the card do isn't that overpowered to me because it is a -1 every turn, despite its pros that can be a big loss or in some decks that can be big advantage so it is situationally overpowered if that makes sense, but i suppose you wudn't use it unless you can find good use so yes probably is op'd.

Yes but if it isn't stated it is assumed its from the hand. Because a lot of people say send when referring to the deck.
