Each time you draw an Aqua-Type monster, put 1 Blizzard Counter on this Card (Max 3). You can remove 3 Blizzard Counter from this Card to decrease the ATK of all monsters except Aqua-Type monsters by 300.[/Code] Seems decent. Not really much to say as it just a random Aqua support that inplements attack lowering, which could hurt the deck itself. For example, if you run Synchros, then this card will hurt you more times than not, meaning that it would be a disadvantage. Also, the Special Summoning effect is decent, but with todays destruction, it could be hard to activate. I suggest raising the ATK of this card to 2500 also, to make it more playable.
