When this card is selected as an Attack Target, you can Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower Fiend-Type monster from your hand or Deck and negate the Attack.

 

- Too OP'd. You negate an Attack, and you get a Special Summon as well.

- Instead, I would do "you can discard 1 Fiend-Type monster from your hand to negate the Attack."

When this card is Normal Summoned, inflict 200 damage to your opponent for each FIRE monster in your Graveyard.

 

- I fixed the effect for you.

- I felt it was a little UP'd, so I removed the returning effect.
