Overpowered. An instant 1-for-1, and then it auto special summons on your end phase for endless +1s, like Treeborn or Samsara Lotus, except without the conditions of Frog or the negative attributes of Lotus. Endlessly. And it has decent stats, especially defense.

I think you miss the point once its on the field it cannot negate a spell or trap its a one time deal

It's still costless negation of any one spell or trap. It punishes your opponent too needlessly. The simple act of playing a spell or trap costs them too much. It's overpowered.
