Hmm an interesting effect, the fact that you have to pay 800 LP each standby phase means that it would have to be tacticly activated, it might be a bit much though im unsure about that. Plus I like the Special Summoning thing with Reign Counters. OCG seems accurate however I think the last bit should be "As long as this card remains face up on your side of the field, each Standby Phase inflict 800 points of direct damage to your Life Points." I dont know though I dont want to tell you that id it's wrong lol. Nice Image well done I like it 8/10

You see, it ignores the Summoning Conditions - so this has a chance to OTK if played correctly. However, as soon as the Reign Counters are used, it becomes dead and you take 800 each Standby Phase. So, it's reasonably good, but needs to be played early on in a duel, for if you have a Level 10 in the Grave, you're pretty good as screwed. :/

 

You could use this for Prime Material Dragon so when it becomes dead you gain 800 each Standby Phase and you haz a 2400 ATK beatstick.

One time only seems awkward to me, try saying that it will be destroyed after you do that. Besides, if it's only usable once, and it's still there, you will still take the drawback damage, and the whole card will be a giant drawback after the effect. I'd drop the Life Point loss to 400 or 200. This would be best used with DAD or JD in the grave, but eight or seven turns would mean some serious LP damage.

 

Unique card, and would be a staple in really any deck with a trump card, so they could get their trump card if it happens to get taken out.
