In most cases, like this one, I wouldn't name the card solely after the picture. Like "Snowman Angel" or "Protector of Animals". But I'll let you do what you want.

 

Mizore has text and stuff. Ask somebody to remove those to make it a whole lot better.

 

I'm not going to comment on the OCG, because I don't feel like correcting it.

 

Mizore would be too easy to destroy. Instead, have it be:

 

"This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play up to 4 "Snow Fairy" monsters in your Graveyard. Increase the ATK and DEF of this card by 900 for each card removed by this effect. Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed by a Trap Card, it is not."

 

Well, I also fixed the OCG on that card.

 

Cold Red Sky needs an Effect-Boost.

 

"1 WATER Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner WATER monsters

When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can send up to 2 "Snow Fairy" monsters from your Deck to your Graveyard. Once per turn, you can reveal 1 "Snow Fairy" card in your hand to draw 1 card from your Deck. This card is uneffected by the effects of FIRE monsters. This card cannot be destroyed by battle with a FIRE monster."
